Excellent site....I had not found Misco...thanks so much Nick, will look at the site later. Fingers crossed they have what I am looking for. Has anyone used them or can anyone comment on their service please?

I've bought from them a few times. Don't expect them to answer emails but put the order in and the stuff shows up. It's possible to make the order COD so no risks. Check the site I'm fairly sure they have an UK outlet. Maybe a different name but same company.

Yes - Misco do have a UK outlet. We use them regularly where I work. www.misco.co.uk should anyone want it.

Well sometimes people who have been married a very long time do not communicate verbally...or so it seems in our house! I am informed that Misco is on my other half's Favourites and he did infact search their site for the cordless phone before I took up the task, (he'd had quite enough searching after 1 hour grazie). Moral of this tale, if you cannot find it the first time leave it 2 weeks or so and search again, at least when using an Italian online shopping site. Seperate computers can have disadvantages!
