Default Why do you use this forum?

I am always happy to be proved wrong and so here is the opportunity for members to say why they use the forum and what they want to get from visiting here.

There are now over 6,000 registered members and it will be very interesting to see how many vote.

I don't know how to make this thread as sticky, but if the administration wants to make it a sticky, please feel free.

P.S. Number 10 is just for fun

It's good that we can tick more than one box.

I personally find it very nice to talk about life in Italy, especially as I don't know that many British expats here, surprising perhaps considering where we live. Been here a long time so fortunately know my way around but when I have had to ask a question, as I did last week regarding watching football or last year on satellite TV, am absolutely amazed at the speed of people's response, their enthusiasm and willingness to help. I only wish such a resource had been available when we first bought a place here back in the early 90s for it would have made the entire process so-o much easier. V

Ah well, I knew there would be one I missed.

At least I didn't include 'I’m bored and have had a few too many'
