Default Private Health Insurance Recommendations

Despite exploring all avenues it looks as if we are going to have to take out private health insurance for 1 year, can any body recommend a good Cheap Company.

Hi, I expect you have read all the "health threads" on the forum. You shouldn't need private health insurance according to the British Embassy. I am not yet resident so cannot speak from first hand experience but I know plenty of people who have obtained their tessera without difficulty.

However it might be easier to take out the €125 policy mentioned by Gangiacomo in this thread:

http://www.italymag.co.uk/forums/leg...th-system.html

And argue the toss after you have used it to get your ASL tessera.

Good luck
