Default A new group for "northern tuscany"

It looks as if there is an ever increasing number of members coming to or from our region and Sally suggested that a new group could be created. It is a public group and open to anyone with an interest in the area. I invite you to join and share your ideas, experiences, news and whatever you think of interest. Everyone is welcome.

You can count me in Gala. We are sort of neighbours after all.

Is it a group or a thread?

It is a group. Some months ago, many of us joined a group called "New to Tuscany", but there has been very little input and it was mainly from our area. Perhaps Tuscany is too big and it is better to have it divided into groups with common interests. We shall see how it goes. There are quite a few neighbours around.

I am also a golf fanatic. Where do you play? We are in Varano May to end of Oct. Maybe we can get together for some golf sometime.

Dear Redford

Welcome to the forum, I hope you find us friendly and helpful.

Just wondered why you felt that you had been 'ripped off' with the cess pit emptying. We have to get our's done every year and it has never been cheap. Would be interesting to hear how much you paid. I think that the charge relates to how much they took away, how far they came and how far they have to take the contents of the cesspit.

Just a thought though would be you able to type in lower case letters as it is very difficult to read your message as it is.
For now, Buona Domenica

We are in Southern Tuscany.

Hi Redford. Look at the Groups button next to the Forum one at the top of the page and open our group pages. We will be delighted to have you in the group.
Aretina, if you wish to join us as well, you are most welcome. I started the Northern Tuscany group because there was a previous group called "New to Tuscany" which has not had many posts, but everyone is welcome.

It is for the whole of Northern Tuscany including Lunigiana. It is open to everybody and there are some members from that region already. Have a look by pressing the "Groups" button next to "Forum" at the top of the page and you will find it. You are welcome to join in, Nathalie.

Excellent idea GP. Thank you. Very happy to join.

While on the golf theme has anyone tried out the new course at Pontremoli yet?
