Suggestion; sign on to this site using your account and password from a different computer - perhaps a friends. If it is still slow, then it would suggest something is wrong with your account here rather than any problem with your computer. It could be your account here has had some restriction placed on it in error if everything else is working fine.

I hesitate to suggest clearing all your 'cookies' (easy, but it will affect all the sites you have ever logged into and lose all your passwords etc.), but if you can find the relevant italymag cookies and get rid of them it might help.

(Obviously, having suggested this, I haven't experienced any problems with this site).

Is the site slow if you view it as a guest? (Log out and then re-enter the site).
