Default They are forcing me to open a partita Iva

Could someone please help?? I teach English with temporary contracts or proggeto. I went over 5,000 Euros and this was no problem with the schools because they took out 2/3 for inps and I paid 1/3. In semptember I started working for an agency that sends me to hotels, casiṇs ect..I told them before I started that I didn't have a Partita IVA and I had already earned over 5thousand. They said no problem. Yesterday I went with my bill and they said they can't pay me unless I have a partita IVA. So now I am forced to get this partita IVA. The problem is I went to the Agency of Entrate and understood nothing. I forsee next year making probably only 8,000EUROs. Does anyone know what is the best solution for partità IVA. The man at the agency kept insiting on this 20% tax saying it was the best for me but i've heard there is a 10%. I have tried reading all the papers in Italian and English but I still don't understand. This is so frustrating. pls someone help

Hi. go see a commercialista. They should give you a consultation for free but you will probably end up having to open a partita IVA, however they will help you structure it correctly and pay the lowest possible taxes. Go see them BEFORE you open the partita iva, don't do it by yourself as when you open it you have to make decisions on how much you think you will earn that, if not correct, could cause problems later, among other things.
