Default codice fiscale

Hello,
I have old postal bonds left to me by my father. I will be cashing them in Italy and
need a codice fiscale. How can I obtain this before or after I arrive? Does anyone know the procedure for cashing in these bonds?

Try the search engine for CF, you can get them online , cant help with the bond issue ..................cheers
