What if you are resident in Italy - income from UK and income from Offshore investments. Income in Uk is taxed in UK (unless you get dispensation from HMRC), but the offshore income is not taxable in UK. Presumably you should declare it in Italy?

Presumably so... If it is paid into an Italian bank, then it would show up when you do your annual '730'. I say this because the people who complete my '730' for me (C.A.F.) require copies of my bank statements to enable full completion of the form (it's actually almost like a book...).
