Please if possible can someone who is fluent in Italian copy a section of this form to the thread with the correct section filled in to help those of us who are struggling?

I'm clear that for the first time, and by 20th June this year, we will have to submit a tax form and probably pay something in respect of rental income or deemed rental income from our house. What I'm not clear about is what this tax is called. Is it ICI, IRPEF or income tax? What is the correct name in Italian?

Also is the form linked to above the correct one to use?
