Hiya. You mean this link??? Property for sale in Abruzzo, Italy - HouseAroundItaly. Yours doesn't seem to work. Also are you sure you have the right name. The name you give is a company that deals mainly with properties in Abruzzo.

The link provided by Barn Elms takes me to a small studio apartment in ISCHIA - so something isn't working properly as I think the place you are hoping to buy is in/near Nusco. Being as nosey as I am, I had a look through the website for any listing in Nusco and couldn't find anything for sale under 85,000.00 euro. Curiosity is killing me Esther - show me the property!

BTW - housearoundItaly is what I would call an "umbrella" company. Their main office is in Pescara airport, but they take on listings from "sub-agents" in other regions, including Campania. A quick search may show some of the properties for sale through housearounditaly have lower asking prices with one or two of the local Italian agents around Avellino. Could be worth a Google moment or two of your time.

I can only speak for myself and my own experience.

I bought through housearounditaly, Pescara branch and my purchase went smoothly and was problem free.

Yep, so habitable there was an Italian family living in it, it is not A3 but A2.

I don't know what difference the state of the building would make to the service rendered by the estate agent but perhaps you do?

don't know the agency at all...actually...had no idea there were any foreign agents in the Avellino area :-) I surely have not run into one (only UK agents who send buyers over to look with locals). but...Nusco is really lovely :-)
