    Hi there,
    I see you are renovating a house in San Martino.
    We have bought a house in Le marche (Rapagnano) and we are always on the look out for contacts when we are out there. We are still working so only get over during school holidays (my wife's a teacher) but when retired in a couple of years we intend to take extended stays.
