Hi KAren- I am not sure if I will need this type of help but as I am looking at using a UK company (mine) to purchase a property for development in Italy- I need to check for legal minefields on employing eg italian qualified artigiano from the UK- I do not want to try and and set up in italy after all the warnings on this site! Could I have Marcos details in case please? I am in the Parma area- with a complicated property ie lots of stables to sell off, planning permissions to get on field...no-one local speaks english or thinks creatively!
