i think if you take a look from further out they have achieved things
Capello is turning England into a team to fear from a team with huge potential but never achieved anything close to what they could.
Trappatoni is doing the same with Ireland, turning them into a team that plays nice passing flowing football that might actually qualify for a world cup for once!
Carletto - N/A as of yet
Zola - has taken West Ham from near the foot of the Premier League to the top end near the european football places! bringing in Italian style play of a strong defence and a diciplined midfield supplying the balls for Di Michele, yes he is Italian as well.
Di Matteo - In his first season has almost taken MK Dons from League one to the Championship! he is 4 points short of Automatic promotion so thats not out of the question yet for them!
looking at the larger picture the Italian "allenatore" have done quite alot to be proud of in England, a manager's ability is not just judged on how much silverwear he can carry.
