Your local garden centre may know of someone. Or your Comune too. They probably very often have (or employ) teams to do that kind of work each year within their comune.

When I needed some 'pruning' done (note: NOT pollarding), I asked in my local bar and they knew of someone. In fact I find that 'the bar' is a great place to find all kinds of 'handymen/helpers'..

All worth a try I guess!
