just posted this link in another thread and then being in a generous mood .... running a bussiness here you tend to do a lot of work to find things that will help your own clients and get a bit selfish .... thought this might be helpful to some planning this route here... i know a lot of people moving here buy larger properties with this in mind

anyway thats the start .... its a good site... go back to the general italian rules as well ... and just to repeat myselfcause i posted all this in another thread but its pertinent

there are other new laws either made or in the making regarding self declerations on opening activities... these are in general available through either local comune or provincial regional sites as downloadable docs which you fill in and then deposit... might require you to look on a local chamber of commerce site....

my advise before submitting anything is to get yourself a good local bookeeper... an accountant costs more and basically for a small enterprise is not needed... try and choose one that someone reccomends... maybe obvious... anyway go along to that person with this basic research from the above link and get them to help you...

anyway abruzzo is one of the regions trying to promote the B&B system and if you get it all right there are various tax breaks etc... but you have to be within all their guides... hence the accountant person... they will guide you through any local exceptions to the rules and regs...
