At *Castello della Paneretta* cooking is an intrinsic part of our
hospitality. The ingredients – ranging from the vegetables, to the
cheeses and the meat – are grown on site and are the base of each
recipe.
The lessons flow in an informal yet profoundly enriching
manner as the traditions are explained, simplified and put into
practice. The secrets and myths of Tuscan culinary traditions are
revealed and taught in the warmth and familiar surrounding of the
*Castello’s *kitchen.
The underlying objective is to create an ambience
where you live, breathe and prepare Tuscan dishes, while sipping a
glass of red chianti and forgetting this is a lesson.
