On the hills of Pisa, in the natural amphitheatre of the theatre of Silence (Silenzio) in Lajatico, Andrea Bocelli and Placido Domingo charmed opera lovers with several opera pieces including a magical "Nessun Dorma" of Giacomo Puccini. Lajatico is Bocelli's native town and he holds an intimate, and hard to get tickets for, concert there every year.
