Pavarotti singing contest draws 250 contestants The first international opera singing contest in memory of the late Italian tenor Luciano Pavarotti has drawn 250 contestants from 32 countries.
Modena is a city and a province on the south side of the Po valley, in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. An ancient town, it is the seat of an archbishop, but is now mostly known as "the capital of engines", since the factories of most famous Italian car makers like Ferrari, Bugatti, De Tomaso, Lamborghini, Pagani and Maserati are located there.
