The house is situated a few kilometers from the historical towns of Celle sul Rigo and San Casciano dei Bagni, which contain many leading hotels and wonderful thermal spa centres such as Leading Small Hotels in the World and The Great Spa Hotels in the World. There are good road links to the property, for example the A1 motorway junction at Fabro is only 20 kms away which takes you southbound on the A1 and at the motorway junction at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme which is only 25 kms and takes you northbound. Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, , Cetona, Arezzo Perugina, Orvieto and other famous historical towns in the area are all easy to reach within 40 minutes.
