Description

The house is immediately habitable, even though it needs some little modernization work. Thanks to the very high ceilings, the rooms are all very airy and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor is developed a spacious daytime living area and the night time zone is on the top floor. The “resede” at the side of the house is completely fenced and shaded by a big apricots tree therefore it is a very enjoyable space to sit outside, it also has a direct access to the basement, which is now used as a cellar but it can also be converted into a cosy “taverna”.
The thick walls in old stone were originally built in the 17th century.
