Casale Rossellino is a typical Tuscan farmhouse, situated in a breathtaking and panoramic position, 4 km from Pienza, one of the most famous cities of art of the area together with San Quirico d'Orcia (5 km) and Montalcino (18 km).

The property overlooks opposite the silhouette of Pienza, and nearby, perched on a crest, the one of Montalcino, famous for its wine production (the renowned Brunello).

Description of buildings
The property consists of a farmhouse on two floors and an outbuilding, for a total of about 407 sqm.
The main entrance gives access to the ground floor where a hallway, with bathroom, leads first to a lounge and to large rooms used as dining-room and living-room connected by two openings. A stone fireplace is located in the wall that separates the two areas and can be used from both sides. The living-room is very bright and cosy, the large windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful landscape and the garden surrounding the house.
