The resorts of Rimini and Cattolica are about 50km distance. The main Adriatic motorway A14 is a drive of about 40 km distance. The nearest main railway station is at Pesaro. For golf lovers, the nearest 18 hole course is at San Giovanni, Marignano, near Rimini about 1 hour drive, there is a further course in the Rimini area and also one at Ancona. For skiers and winter sports the nearest resort is Carpegna which is just a 20 minute drive.

The property is currently a ruin, the plans and building permits are already in place for a full reform and restoration so work can commence immediately. The reform would take approximate 12 months and this will be carried out using only the highest quality, and most typical materials.
