Green House is a new project in the north part of Sardinia, in the area of Valledoria and its long sandy beaches.
Situated near the village of La Mudizza, a little centre of just 600 people just few metres above sea level, the complex will feature 22 apartments of various sizes with swimming pool, large communal gardens, private gardens or terraces and penthouses with large terraces and sea view.
The complex will be built with eco-friendly materials, solar panels and using the most innovative technologies for energy efficient apartments.
The apartments will have one or two bedrooms, open-plan lounge and kitchen area, bathroom. There is also the possibility to personalise the internal lay-out and finishing.
The complex will be ready by Summer 2012.
