The swimming pool is bean – shaped and can hold 180 m3 of water. It is covered by a canvas , and there is a small underground area containing the technical parts. The changing room ( 17 m2 ) is a short walk from the pool , with 2 toilets and a shower.

These are all present. Water comes from a well, and can be contained in the specially built tanks with their capacity of up to 40, 000 litres of water. There is gas central heating.
The convent was completely renovated in 2000, fully in keeping with the traditional Tuscan style.
