Our Opinion
This is a charming property, fully restored with all certificates in place and ready to move into. It would make a very comfortable permanent home or a superb holiday home, being easy to maintain and lock up and leave.

Worth mentioning...
It has a real Italian village flavour and there is a bar and food store nearby, but Orvieto is close with a full range of shops and services, theatre and restaurants.

Don't be put off by...
The lack of outside space. The present owners have shown you can still cover the house with pots of flowers and there is the balcony! There is no house directly opposite and there are spaces to sit round the village. There are lovely long distance views, so you do not feel at all hemmed in!
