Description

Group of three buildings perfectly positioned with outstanding South facing views over unspoilt Umbria. Two of the buildings are actually registered as habitation and under Umbrian building regulations could even be enlarged.

The main building was most likely born as a watch tower and over the centuries developed into a more practical shape for family living. The ruined barn is in the perfect spot for a pool and would therefore make a great pool house. Nearly two hectares of land including a sizeable flat area contains a few olives in need of rescue.
