The Master bedroom has a king size bed, chaise longue and desk on the ground floor. There is also a flat screen TV over the desk. The bathroom has a shower with a back massager, a tub with a Jacuzzi and 2 sinks. The watercloset and bidet are in a separate space. This ground floor room gives onto the living room and outside porch on one wing of the house.

On the other side of the house on the ground floor is the kitchen/dining area with all the plates and necessary equipment: a large Smeg fridge with ice maker, toaster, 5 burner stove, microwave, wood burning pizza oven plus a full range of cookbooks. The library/dining room has two tables. Each table can seat up to eight people and can stretch up to twenty once they are both opened.
Outside the kitchen is a travertine table that can seat up to 12, weather permitting, for lunch and dinner. There is also another table of 4 often used for children, next to the grill.
