This is a large block surrounded by an extensive plot of cultivated vineyards, looking on to the ancient temple of Segesta. Access to the estate is very picturesque. Through a dirt road, into a green pine forest, you’ll arrive at the majestic valley, where you can look down onto an ancient once navigable riverbed. The plot of land is situated inside the archaeological park of Segesta, surrounded by vast forests, crossed by a natural well maintained track, ideal for long walks, biking or horse riding to the summit of Mount Pips which can only be reached by this way. From the top of the mountain you can enjoy breathtaking views and see clearly the Egadi islands, Mount Erice, Alcamo and Piano Romano. The property is easily accessible in five minutes from the Palermo-Trapani motorway, by taking the Segesta road. The airports of Palermo and Trapani are very close.
