Located in a beautiful valley, among Ficulle's and Parrano's hills, the house is in an extremely strategic place, easy to reach from the motorway A1's exit of Fabro far around ten km. The road leading to the house is asphalted except of the lasts well maintained 2 km. From the property it is comfortable driving to the biggest and most typical villages in Umbria as well as Tuscany with their goals of tourism and landscape like hot springs and lakes. Far just 25-30 km we can find: Città della Pieve, Parrano e Orvieto. This concerned the Umbria's area. About Tuscany few km far there are historical centres as Certona, San Casciano dei Bagni (famous also for its Fonteverde's hot spring, one of the most renowned in the world).
