The country house is located in the Monteleone d'Orvieto's area along a country road. It is 5 km far from Monteleone and 5 km from Fabro, where (in just ten minutes by car) there are a train station and the A1 motorway exit. Within a radius of 25-35 km it is possible to reach the main towns of Umbria and Tuscany such as Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, San Casciano dei Bagni, Siena and Pienza.

The country house is supplied with electricity, water from a well and sources which are part of the property and LPG heating system. The property has a buried tank used for water supply and irrigation.

Condition:

The main house is habitable and in good condition, renovated during the '80s, it is in need of some improvements, in particular about the electrical system that although functional, requires maintenance. The hydraulic and heating system are regularly reviewed and perfectly functional. The roof and attics are in wooden beams and terracotta tiles. Floors are partly in bricks.
