The farm covers about 4 ha of land which 1 ha of olives and vineyards DOC (annually produces around 6000 bottles of wine) and fruits. 

The farm consists of 3 separate properties with a total of 7 apartments. Also in the central part there are another 3 apartments and a restaurant with kitchen and bar with 50 seats. Also in the restaurant there is a millstone (tavern) for about 20 persons used for wine tasting and presentations.

Also there is a beautiful pool area with pool bar & services (shower, toilet, dressing room, first aid room, rest area for the staff, parking, store room). There is the possibility to build another villa of 80 sq. m (draft plans available).
