The two centenary pine trees, which welcome the guests arriving at the Trullo-Casale, stretch skywards over the Itria Valley in Puglia.  From all directions, from Martina Franca (Ta) as well as from Locorotondo (Ba) or Alberobello (BA), the two pine trees are the landmarks of this unique country dwelling, lying on a hill slope.

The Trullo stands at the core of the Itria Valley, 1,8 km far from Alberobello (Unesco Heritage) and close to other important places of the region. Only few minutes and you can reach Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Grottaglie, Pulsano, Castellaneta Marina, Monopoli, Torre Canne, Torre Guaceto and many other centres of historical and artistic interest.

The property is immersed in a beautiful countryside; it sits in its own gardens planted with cherry, almond, peach, fig, pomegranate trees and has the most charming views over the surrounding olive groves and vineyards. Hidden in the rosemary and lavender hedges or between the benches of the trees, you can find  hedgehogs, lizards, turtledove and owls.

The large and shady parking lets you park your cars far away the street view. From the dawn to the sunset and till the night, only silence.  Outdoor, you can enjoy the natural shadow of the trees, among enchanting wild flowers, or you can relax in comfort under the wooden patio of 100 sq.

All along the patio there is a well for the gathering of the rainwater while all along the second patio you can find a basement whose access is through the stairs.

The Trullo is the ideal accommodation for the lovers of  cycling or sightseeing tours in order to discover the peacefulness of  the country lanes nearby, far away from the chaos of the cities.

The Trullo is now fully modernised and equipped with a satellite system, solar panels producing hot water, heating and air conditioning.

The traditional materials used in its restoration, have respected the original style and atmosphere to create a delightful and romantic setting in real comfort both in cold and hot seasons.

Among the different facilities, there is also the possibility to build a fireplace indoor and, for everyone looking for chilly moments, an outdoor swimming pool.

The property has been completely updated. Inside, you can enjoy a warm and lively atmosphere full of comfort.  Two entrances. One directly into the kitchen, the other one into the living room with its panoramic window over the hill standing in front of it.In the living room, a mezzanine floor to be used as bedroom.

A large arch in the wall, 2 metres depth, will lead you into a comfortable  alcove.  An ideal place to relax watching TV, listening to music or reading a book.

There are many places for tasting the good culinary food of Puglia; the large and comfortable eat-in kitchen and on sunny days, why not outside in the open air?

A second arch leads in a luminous corridor where there is a large bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All the bathrooms have showers.
