Description
Typical Umbrian country house from the XIV century. It was first used as out tower, strategically located on a hillside overlooking the beautiful valley below. The country house is on two floors with a total area of 260.00 square metres. It is entirely made of the beautiful local stone, with terracotta, wooden and antique brick tiles floors, antique wooden fixtures and exterior wood doors. On the ground floor there are a lounge with a beautiful stone fireplace, several multi-purpose rooms and two large bathrooms. On the first floor there is a living room with stone fireplace, kitchen, pantry and two bedrooms. Both lounges have stone walls and are internally connected by a spiral staircase and an old wooden ladder. The two floors also have independent access from the outside so that a division into two separate houses would be possible. The first floor has a direct access from a stone staircase that leads to a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden, typical of the Umbrian country houses. Upstream the building there is a flat and sunny area, ideal for making a nice swimming pool. The surrounding garden offers an ideal space for outdoor dining and summer relaxation moments between the olive trees and the forest over the Umbrian hills. Further down there is a beautiful artificial lake surrounded by vegetation. The property is fully fenced with iron stakes and wire mesh. The estate includes about 6 acres of land, consisting of a forest, about 70 olive trees and truffles.
