Villa Flora is made up of three storeys, with a total gross area of 374 square meters, and is divided into two separate, yet internally connected, apartments.

The main apartment features enormous windows overlooking all sides of the property, as if to create a terrace with a view of the entire valley, and a mezzanine upper floor that overlooks the living area.
