There is a show apartment on site and viewings are highly recommended in order to appreciate the beauty of this development. The apartments are all within the 4 villas as follows:

• Villa Lavanda is the largest and main building with 11 apartments, all have a private garden, a parking space and all but 3 units have a large additional space for use as storage or for further accommodation conversion if wished.

The purchase tax applicable is 10% if for second home use or 4% for residents.

Condition:

It should be noted that phase 2 has still to be released, work is ongoing but the builder has given assurances any disruption during the continued work will be strictly managed by the builders to keep to an absolute minimum and at an acceptable level, by cordoning off the areas and strictly managing when and how work takes place. This is an important note for anyone who may be looking to rent out a Phase 1 property especially during the next 12 months.
