The area around the ground floor consists of an entrance hall, the large living room/dining room with a fireplace, and a kitchen with a fireplace, which gives access to a large terrace overlooking the garden, the solarium and the swimming pool.

The heating system possesses a condensation boiler and is subdivided in areas, with two digital thermostats for independent temperature control on the ground floor and on the first floor.
Two solar panels are used to heat up sanitary water, with 2 solar boilers of 200 liters each.
The power system has a single-phase 3 kW-220 V counter and a triphasic 6 kW-380 V counter.
The power and lighting lines are divided in areas, with safety switchboards and differentials.
