Typical Umbrian country house in stone and brick with dovecote tower dated back to the XVII century and renovated in the years ' 80. It is situated in a panoramic location with a wide view over the rolling surrounding hills, from the Cetona mount to the Subasio mount, including the charming Trasimeno lake. The House is on two floors, plus a dovecote tower. The external walls are made in the traditional stone and bricks; while the internal floors are in cotto, except of the bathrooms; ceilings are all in wooden beams and tiles. The first floor includes a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. In addition to the main house there also are two separate annexes.
