We are on the eastern banks of the Lake, a short walk from one of the most well-known villages, less than half an hour from Lecco (29 km) and little more than an hour from the centre of Milan (81 km).
The nearest airport is that of Bergamo Orio al Serio, which can be reached in about an hour (68 km), while Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa are respectively 85 km and 120 km away.

Description of the buildings
The house is on four levels and is made up of two separate residences.
The main residence is on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with a terrace facing the lake, from which, thanks to a staircase, it is possible to reach the swimming pool and the garden. There is also a kitchen, a bedroom/study and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a balcony that also overlooks the lake, a lounge/hall and bathroom, two bedrooms and another bathroom.
The other residence is on the second floor; it has a separate entrance and is divided into an open space with a cooking corner, dining area, sitting room and access onto a covered terrace with a view of the lake, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the floor below street level there are three large cellars and a porch to the front.
