Opposite the entrance is a porch, which is perfect for outdoor lunches or dinners.

Condition
The house is new and has never been lived in. The exterior is in exposed stone with curved tile roofing, characteristic of the old rural buildings of Umbria; the interiors have wood ceilings with terracotta tiles and walls in bright colours and designs.

The house is surrounded by a convenient private garden, which is 260 sqm in size.
