Description

The area occupies all of a triangle shaped promontory 400 m above the Adriatic Sea. The total area amounts to 73.760 sqm, 66.000 of which are suitable and licenced for building. The allowed building factor will be 0,75 cubic meter X 1,00 square meter. The spacious and undisturbed view includes the Adriatic Sea and the coast from the Conero Mountain at Ancona in the north down to the Gran Sasso in Abbruzzo to the south.
