Location
We are in one of the most striking areas of Umbria, a land rich of history, unspoiled nature where olive groves and vineyards mark gently the hill slopes dominated by small medieval hamlets.
Casale del Bacco is set within this scenery, just 14 km from the historic centre of Todi, 5 km from Monte Castello di Vibio (famous for its theatre, the smallest in Italy), less than 3 km from the hamlet of Doglio. The Casale is surrounded by 26 hectares of private land in a panoramic position with a wonderful view over the countryside.
The access to the E45 is 12 km from the property and represents an easy and fast connection to the Trasimeno Lake (46 km), Sant'Egidio airport (51 km) and to Perugia (50 km) the most important centre in Umbria also for its University. Orvieto and the A1 highway are about 33 km away.

Description of buildings
The property consists of an exposed stone main building of about 478 gross sqm and of some outbuildings that could be recovered as additional space to be built. The Casale needs complete restoration and it is in general good conditions. It is on 2 levels connected by an internal staircase, while the stables are on the ground floor and the old habitation on the first floor.

Outdoor space
The about 26 hectares of land embrace the Casale and include olive grove with 550 olive trees, a vineyard of about 7.700 sqm with Grechetto and Riesling vines. The remaining hectares consist of sowable land and timber trees.
