Accommodation - This house is on three levels with a central stairwell. The main entrance is is level with the road in front of the house so we are calling this 'upper ground floor' in the description below. The ground floor is at garden level so we are calling this the 'lower ground floor'. At the rear of the house is an extension which creates intermediate levels between the floors of the main house. Lower Ground Floor - From the main entrance stairs lead down to the lower ground floor which is at garden level. There is plenty of room to create an apartment on this floor if required.
