The original floors have been preserved where possible and the remaining floor space has been paved with hand-crafted terracotta tiles. Terracotta tiled ceilings with chestnut wood beams on the first floor.

The property has been converted into 5 apartments and the remaining floor space (approx. 500 sqm) has been restored to a builder’s finish; the roof has characteristic handcrafted terracotta tiles and the ceilings are made with terracotta tiles and wooden beams.

The majority of the door and window frames are made with chestnut wood. The remaining ones are PVC, produced in Germany.
