The Property Organiser is an independent agency run by Italian-born professionals that assists clients find and purchase property in Italy.
Because we are independent and not tied to any one estate agency, we search the books of dozens of estate agencies as well as private vendors, to bring you the widest selection of properties possible.
From the minute you contact us, we do the hard work… so that you don’t have to. Once you tell us what kind of property you are looking form, our agents will personally view all those matching your requirements and we will provide you with a detailed list along with photographs, video and a detailed information pack.
When you have chosen one or more that you would like to see in person from the selection we present to you, we will meet you in Italy and accompany you to view them. Should you decide to proceed with the purchase, we will assist you with paperwork and help you find experts such as surveyors.
We do all this for you … AT NO EXTRA COST, as we will receive a commission from the estate agent.
