To discuss and debate Italian succession law, offer practical advice to Group members and share case histories.  This group is particularly relevant to foreign nationals dealing with successions in Italy, or Italians dealing with successions in the UK or other "common law" systems.   This area of law is continually developing, with a proposed new European Regulation in the pipeline, which it is hoped will resolve the current conflict of rules of private international law of member states on wills and successions.
